Over 1 Kilo = £22.05 Post and packaging charges for both UK and overseas orders will be calculated for you at checkout. Despatch We will despatch all orders as soon as possible. You will usually receive your order within 5 - 7 working days but please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Overseas orders may take a little longer depending on airport delays and the postal service of your country of which we have no control. Returns We are confident that you will be so delighted with your purchase that you won't have any need to return it, however we know that occassionally a problem may arise so please read the following on returning goods: We are sorry but we cannot accept returns for personalised items and items that are specially made to order unless an item is faulty. Stock items may be returned if neccessary, please see below..... All items are despatched in perfect condition but if you do need to return an item for any reason please contact us (via the "contact us" section of this site) within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item in the original packaging, stating whether you require replacement or refund within 14 days. Customer is responsible for the costs of return postage and items are returned at the customer's own risk, whilst we do of course except all responsibility for delivery to our customers, we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit for this reason we recommend you send by RM signed for.
